Kathy joined Dodrill Comfort & Energy Solutions in 2004 with a broad and extensive background in warranty administration. In her role, she is responsible for registering and processing warranties and warranty claims. She enjoys problem-solving and finding solutions for clients and other warranty-related challenges. Kathy knows how valuable our clients’ time is, she is here to ensure warranties and claims are registered correctly and processed timely.

When she has spare time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike and her two children, Aaliyah and Joshua. She also loves traveling and experimenting with different recipes in her kitchen.
