With over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Jewell was actively involved in the inauguration of Dodrill Comfort & Energy Solutions. A native of Charleston, WV, Jewell started her career in the HVAC industry as a Dispatcher. Her skills and intelligence were quickly recognized and she began to move up the ranks. Jewell is a “Jill of all trades” and has experience in all facets of an office and business environment. She has also worn many hats throughout her 20+ years—from a Dispatcher to an IT and Implementation Coordinator and an Administrative Manager. Additionally, Jewell has provided consulting services for other home improvement businesses.

At Dodrill Comfort & Energy Solutions, Jewell manages many important duties including AP, AR, financials, human resources, internal IT support, and implementation of new programs, processes, and procedures. She has hands-on experience as well as professional training courses in HVAC, client services, management, marketing, and accounting as well as IT server training and training in multiple software programs. Jewell enjoys working with and managing the team, and she is intrigued by detailed-oriented tasks and the interworking of business components.

In her spare time, Jewell finds pleasure in Sunday family dinners. She enjoys spending time camping, reading, gardening, working puzzles and outdoor activities.
