About Our Owner
A lifelong resident of West Virginia, Dennis Dodrill has been serving local homeowners since 1979. Over that course of time, he has seen and fixed a variety of scenarios in home heating, cooling, insulation, air sealing and sub-floor ventilation.
Dennis’s HVAC journey began at Teays Valley Heating & Cooling as an installer and eventually a maintenance technician. He later pursued a position in sales, management, and eventually became the general manager of the company. Not long after, Dennis purchased Teays Valley Heating & Cooling from the original owner and merged this with Service Experts, a publicly traded HVAC group, where he served as general manager locally and district manager in the local region.
After leaving Teays Valley Heating & Cooling, Dennis focused on consultation work for different companies on topics ranging from home services retail windows, doors, sunrooms, etc. to home security, window manufacturing, and business management.
In 2002, Dennis established Dodrill Comfort & Energy Solutions. He and his team of certified professionals bring a well of knowledge in home comfort solutions directly to you, especially as the only local Dr. Energy Saver dealer in West Virginia. The goal of the company is to HVAC upgrades with energy efficiency to ensure not just home comfort but eco-friendliness and energy-savings as well.
